My salesman Lewis was kind and patient with all the questions I had. Being newer to the dealership If he didn’t know the answer he found someone who did. Overall the group of people at the dealership answered so many of my questions and made sure everything was perfect from showing me how to work certain things in the car (due to my own lack of knowledge with vehicles) and even climbed under it to check the frame and answer tons of questions. After an hour of punching numbers we weren’t sure financially if i would be able to purchase my ford explorer but they didn’t let me walk away until i had the number I wanted. In fact the agreement was better than any other dealership in hermitage area and my area of Franklin was willing to do for me and my trade in. I’m very impressed and happy with my trade! I appreciated the extent they all went to make this trade possible and an easy experience!

Great dealership, great staff!My salesperson, Anthony, was amazing!I drove 3 hours for a truck that I had online. He was very helpful getting me answers to all the questions I had before I even got there. He spent a lot of time showing me unique features of the vehicle and how to use them once I arrived. We took a nice long test drive to see how the vehicle performed over a variety of road types.When it came time to work the numbers, Zak was able to work some magic. We came to a great price on the truck I wanted and they really stepped up on trade value of my current truck. I was in and out of the finance office really fast. Great group of people! Highly recommend!
