Ty'Mani was my sales representative and she was very polite and attentive throughout the process. I purchased a used vehicle 300 miles from the dealership, sight unseen, but she supplied me with videos of the vehicle, the Carfax and all the information necessary for me to make a good decision. Amazingly focused on customer service and satisfaction at the highest level in all areas of service. I would like to especially take note of of one Nathan Rice, Product Specialist who worked in an exceptional manner every step of the way. With the finance team having all hands on deck, Nathan was able, thank God, to secure the purchase of my new vehicle. I highly recommend Montrose Nissan in Hermitage for you next vehicle purchase.
